Esmes's Day
In honour of Esme Lambert a mega fun day is been held at Swaffham rugby club,
From 11am until 9pm
In October 2018 at the age of one-year old Esme was diagnosed with having a brain tumour,
In the weeks ahead after the devastating news Esme had numerous tests and scans followed by eight hours of surgery, the surgery was successful and the surgeons managed to remove everything that could be seen, on further scans there was no trace of the tumour.
Sadly, in November 2018 the family received devastating news,
The tumour that had been removed was sent away to be tested and sadly the results came back showing it was a malignant brain tumour called Ependymoma.
Currently Esme is undergoing chemotherapy.
Family and friends have organised a mega fun day to help raise money to support this amazing and brave little girl and her family through this difficult time.
There will be lots going on, various stalls, car boot, entertainment for all the family, live performances, reptiles, birds, face painting, food, drinks, inflatables and much more!
A small entry fee will be charged,
£3 per adult and £2 per child
Under twos go free
Its guaranteed to be a great day for all the family whilst supporting an amazing cause!
If you would like to follow and support Esme you can keep up to date and offer support on the team Esme Facebook page and also a go fund me page has been set up ( Help save little Esme Lambert) to help and support Esme and her loving family through this heart-breaking battle.
